Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and within fourteen days.

Exclusions / notes

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. Unopened items can be returned.
